How long will it take the bagels to get from Finagle to my doorstep?
Depending on what shipping package you choose it varies; anywhere from overnight to three days.
Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?
It is FedEx's policy not to deliver perishable goods to P.O. boxes
Will the bagels be fresh?
If handled properly by FedEx and received upon delivery, the bagels will be delicious. We don't add artificial preservative to any of our bagels so express shipping is required.
Can I freeze the bagels to make them keep longer?
Yes. In fact, unless consuming all of the bagels upon delivery, it is recommended to put them in the freezer for future use. We suggest slicing, packing in plastic bags then freezing the bagels. To enjoy the bagels, let the bagel thaw for up to 2 hours or place the sliced, frozen bagel halves directly into the toaster!

How long will the bagels stay fresh after they are delivered?
Depending on when you receive them, the bagels should stay fresh up to a few days in their plastic bags. It's recommended to freeze them for future use. Warning: Do NOT microwave bagels.
Can I get EVERY kind of bagel that Finagle serves?
No, unfortunately there are some specialty bagels and seasonal bagels that are only available in our retail stores.

After submitting your order on our website, you should receive a confirmation email to the email address that you provided when you placed your order. Once Fedex picks up your order, a confirmation from Fedex will be sent to your email address.
